I am a Mexican Attorney admitted to practice Law in all the Courts of Mexico and I have received the privilege of being registered by the State Bar of California as a Foreign Legal Consultant in the Law of Mexico. Quality, honesty, reliability and strong values are what have allowed me to stand strong and find success in the U.S.
My services in the practice of Mexican Law could accommodate most unique circumstances. I can offer services in Mexico to everyone and in California I can give legal consultation to Mexican citizens who cannot travel to Mexico, to retired Americans who desire to purchase property in Mexico, or to anyone from individuals to companies that could be looking to establish themselves or already have business there.
Throughout my professional life, my clientele has been diverse, ranging from particular to family cases, domestic and international legal entities, businesses, companies, agencies, to governmental institutions. Being a Registered Foreign Legal Consultants in the State of California, I am able to provide certain services to clients without them having to leave the Golden State.

In this new adventure, my office is a pioneer offering Mexican legal services in California, as one of the few Mexican attorneys registered by the State Bar of California. Otherwise, my reliable and personalized services could only be reached traveling to Mexico.

Now, it is not necessary for you to always travel in order to have a consultation with a Mexican Law attorney. To make it easier for all, I offer presencial and video calls consults. I have a deep understanding and knowledge of the law, English-Spanish language barriers are not an issue for me and my clients, and neither the cultural etiquette of other countries.
